With some 4500 students, 200 tenured and tenure-track faculty members and facilities in more than 14 buildings on the College Park campus of the University of Maryland, the A. James Clark School of Engineering can seem overwhelming at first, whether you're a student, faculty member, returning alumnus or alumna, or colleague from business or government.
But while there certainly is a large contingent of engineers here, and an incredible array of opportunities for lab and classroom work, it is not difficult to break these components down into more manageable groups, and make the school easier to access and navigate.
