Social Activities |

Our social activities include: (i) the coffee hour socials every week, where students, faculty, and staff
can relax and converse in a friendly environment, (ii) barbecues at the beginning
and at the end of the academic year, (iii) a day long ski trip,
(iv) a day long hiking trip in the Fall semester, and (v) ice cream socials.

SKI TRIP 2007
|
ECEGSA, with a generous support from the ECE Department, is organizing the annual ski trip! The ski resort that has been chosen for this winter is Pennsylvania's "White Tail", almost an hour and a half drive north from College Park. It has a good blend of all kinds of slopes, and it is considered a great place!!! This is a wonderful opportunity for the graduate students in ECE to meet each other, make new friends, and enjoy a great day of skiing!

Coffee hours
|
Join us for our weekly coffee hour on Friday,
Oct 6, 2006 at 4:30 PM. The coffee hour is
usually held in A.V.Williams,
room 1152. It will be a good chance to meet
other people from the department, relax, and
enjoy some coffee and snacks courtesy of ECEGSA.
