Many of you will remember Dr. Keiner's great presentation many years ago about the complexities of oyster fisheries in Chesapeake Bay, now published as a book. This is our opportunity to support her evolving scholarship and learn about another fascinating Cold War story. In case Project Plowshare is new for some, please check out this video.
The monthly Maryland Colloquium on the History of Technology, Science and Environment (MCHOTSE) is brought to you by the Department of History and by the Science Technology & Society Programs of the School of Engineering.
All are welcome.
Please email Betsy Mendelsohn to request a copy of Dr. Keiner's paper.
