Each Investment Analyst has direct responsibility for investment decision-making, as well as for research, data analysis, testing, trade execution, and business development. Investment Analysts work within small teams organized by product or market and take responsibility for an individual work module that forms part of the firm’s overall investment activities, while gaining exposure and contributing to a range of business issues across their team and firm. While we have no explicit required experience for successful applicants, and we have hired people from many different backgrounds, our quantitative analytic approach is well suited to people with degrees in science and engineering or with intensive quantitative experience in their coursework or prior employment.
