The Northrop Grumman Professional Development Program is a rotational assignment program for recent college graduates interested in engineering and manufacturing, business management, and supply chain management. It's a highly competitive program in which high academics, prior internship/co-op experiences, and a well-rounded education are keys to success. The program will give you the chance to experience several different assignments in a variety of departments.
