Liu elected IEEE Signal Processing Society 2004 Distinguished Lecturer
IEEE Signal Processing Society elects six Distinguished Lecturers each year to represent the Society by giving lectures on their research around the world. The Society's Distinguished Lecturer Program provides the means for local chapters to have access to individuals who are well known educators and authors in the fields of signal processing.
