The Capital Wireless Information Net (CapWIN) received praise from Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley and U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski during a recent demonstration of the new Maryland Fiber Optic Network at the Maryland State Police Barrack in La Plata. The demonstration included access to new live video feeds via CapWIN/Mobile Data Computer.
