Following the Innovation Hall of Fame induction ceremony, the Charles and Helen White Symposium on Engineering Innovation brought together leading civil engineering experts Enrique Castillo (University of Cantabria), William Marcuson (ASCE) and Frank Hamons (Maryland Port Administration) to discuss how to enhance and protect the environment.
